Hi, I’m Sarah, owner and senior planner/designer of this little dream of mine known as EVENTful Moments. I am happily married and together we have 3 amazing children, a teenage son and boy/girl twins. My family is my world! We reside in Arlington, close to where my husband and I grew up, and absolutely love it. I may love the city life but have come to realize I will always be a country girl at heart.
When I’m not planning with our amazing clients, I love to cook. Some women relax with a bubble bath, for me, it’s a great recipe! I also enjoy crafting, designing, date nights with my hubby and anything/everything to do with my kids!
The concept of EVENTful Moments began after planning my own wedding. I was the bride that thought I could do everything on my own and while I LOVED the planning process, I didn’t consider the behind the scenes, or how beneficial it could be to have someone on your team with expert advice & resources within the industry. To say the day ended in a blur would be an understatement.
In 2010 I decided to take LWPI’s certified wedding and event planning course and I guess you can say, the rest is history. I can honestly say I have found my dream job. With every couple/client we work with, I find that constant reassurance that this is my calling. It stretches my creativity, problem-solving ability and the relationships we get to build with our couples and vendors, cannot be beat.
I often get asked what my favorite part of a wedding or event is? To me, it’s the end of the day. When your client comes up to you and tells you the day was a dream come true, it’s the best feeling in the world!!!

Growing up as an only child on a 13-acre farm in Arlington, I learned pretty early on how to entertain myself. I loved to read and imagine, and at a pretty young age, I cultivated a love for all things weddings. A few months after starting college I had an epiphany; I needed to be a wedding planner.
After graduating from Western with a BA in Communication and a minor in business, I accepted a position at an all-inclusive wedding venue as a member of their Wedding Planning Team. It was a wonderful way to start my career and gain some experience, but I knew it wasn't the perfect fit. Enter Sarah and Eventful Moments, where I have truly found my tribe and an environment that feels like home.
Since becoming a member of the EM family, I have planned, coordinated and assisted over a hundred weddings, and have loved every second of it.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Rob and together we have one child, our cat Cinder. We both grew up in Arlington but now reside in Skykomish, where he is a full-time firefighter.
In my free time, I love to cook, snuggle up with a good book (and my kitten), or bust out some Celine Dion karaoke. I also love elephants and have a serious case of wanderlust. I've been to Costa Rica, Mexico, France, and will soon be adding Thailand to the list. I hope to someday visit Brazil, Cuba, Scotland, and Iceland, just to name a few.
“Everything happens for a reason”… I became a part of EVENTful Moments in 2012, after meeting Sarah at a Snohomish Wedding Guild meeting. I knew after meeting her, I would love working with her. Over the years, our team has only grown and these girls are like my extended family! I love working with each and every one of them and it truly warms my heart to help our couples make their special day one that they won’t forget!
After graduating from Snohomish High School, I followed through on my goal to attend WSU (Go Cougs!!). I graduated in 3.5 years with my BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations.
In 2015, I was blessed with the birth of my son Trey, who is my #1 biggest accomplishment of my life. Being a mom is one of the coolest, fun, stressful, exciting things I have ever experienced in my life.
In the summer of 2017 (after being nagged by one of my friends) I went on a date with my Husband-To-Be, Mark. He has been one of the biggest blessings that has come into my life and so grateful for him. Together our family also includes two fur babies, a chocolate lab named Chesney and a pitbull named Chloe.
When we aren’t slightly feeling like a crazy circus at home, we love to hang out with our friends and family, go camping and attend Mariners or Seahawks games.
Hello Darlings, I’m Samantha! I met Sarah in 2014 when my husband and I hired her as our wedding planner and it was hands down the best investment we made.
Being a military family, we moved to Ventura, CA shortly after our wedding. I was inspired by the process of planning our wedding and decided to pursue a career in the wedding industry, quickly jumping into a new role with a company based out of Santa Barbara, and thus began my journey.
We recently moved back to the PNW and knew I had to contact Sarah. I am so thankful to be working with such a talented group of women, helping make dreams a reality. Being in love is such a beautiful thing. I am a firm believer that you should get to celebrate your love, your way, and making those dreams come to life for couples, is an absolute dream job.
Outside of work you can almost always find me with my family. Together, my husband and I have a daughter, two huskies & two cats. We live a loud, beautiful life in a place we are proud to call home. I have an obsession with elopements, cheesy romance novels, coffee, and pink champagne.

Hi, I’m Jess! I’m currently living the newlywed life with my husband, Alex, and our little kitties, Hank and Dolly. (Yes, they were named after Hank Williams & Dolly Parton ;) )
In my free time, you can find me snuggled up with my kitties, coffee and basically anything on Bravo. I love music, and have a “concert bucket list” that I’m constantly checking things off, and adding more too! I love spending time over the mountains in Leavenworth at my families cabin any chance I can!
Growing up in the wedding industry, falling into this career made so much sense. I can’t tell you how many barbie weddings I planned as a kid or how many times I’ve watched The Wedding Planner. I’ve always been a sucker for love. I found EVENTful Moments through Instagram! (Do you follow us yet??) I started following after I had been in a wedding where Jessica Campbell was the coordinator. After meeting Sarah and the rest of the team, I knew I had found my people! I’m so lucky to be a part of our little family, and I can’t believe I’m going into my third year with them!
Being a bride myself this year, and going through the whole wedding planning process has really proven to me just how important having a planner is- especially day of! Being able to just be a bride and have my team make my wedding day dreams come true was so magical and special. I am so lucky to be able to give that feeling back to our brides!

Hi! My name is Maddie and I am married to my partner in crime and the love of my life, Matt. We moved to Seattle three years ago with our scruffy terrier, when I accepted a stage management job with the ballet, and we have fallen in love with this city!
I ventured from the east coast where I grew up to Las Vegas to attend college at UNLV. I graduated with a BA in Dance Production & Management. I have always had such a passion for dance, but loved being behind the scenes even more. I got such an adrenaline rush from knowing that I was helping a live production run smoothly! With every performance, I was helping the audience, even if only for a moment, believe in magic. When Matt and I were planning our wedding, I fell in love with the process. It's just like putting on a production! I decided to make a career change and feel as though I have found my craft! I love knowing that I can be a part of someone's special day and help them make memories that will last a lifetime. It's one of the most rewarding things to be a part of.
When I'm not assisting with weddings, you can find me snuggling up with my puppy watching scary movies, blogging about my life and drinking tons of coffee, shopping for home decor, or enjoying being a total foodie with my husband. I'm so happy to be a part of such a wonderful team of planners! I can't wait to help make your dreams come true!
Hi there! My name is Bridgitte and I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, Mick. We have two sweet babies, Kamden & Scarlett, and a puppy named Stella who always keeps us on our toes. When I’m not assisting at a wedding I love to read, bake with my son, cook with my hubby, and relax with friends around a bonfire.
I started assisting on weddings with EVENTful Moments in 2012 as a part-time job and fell in love with it! I found a passion for being able to ease couples minds on their wedding day, and I love seeing their vision of a perfect day come to life. My favorite part of the day is watching a couples first glimpse of each other, it’s so sweet and I will never get enough!
